  7. @reikodraa And again, I did not say Messi ain’t good. Being good in LaLiga doesn’t make him good in EPL/SeriesA/etc. Many players proved to do good in 1 league, and not in the others (Domestic). I’ve watched football all my life, and I can give you lots of examples. Anelka, Crespo, Mendieta, McManaman, Forlan, etc etc. MANY MANY MORE! Don’t get me wrong, Messi is now the best player in the world, way better than Ronaldo, while playing for Barca, but if I own another team, I’d buy C.Ronaldo!

  8. @reikodraa I did not say Messi played in EPL before. What I simply brought up is that Ronaldo is a proven player. Doing well in Champions League against other teams doesn’t mean you can adapt to the league. Let’s make a very good example of Juan Sebastian Veron. Exceptional player, did damn well with Lazio, but was worthless for Man Utd, except when playing for Man Utd in the Champions League. Another example is Michael Ballack, did nothing for Chelsea in EPL, but proved to be priceless in CL.

  12. @yskwong when the fuck did messi ever play in the EPL? hes played against them, and hes destroyed them, including 4 goals against arsenal in UEFA, so he’d destroy the EPL like it was nothing..and messi gets injured because people try to injure him, like your real madrid team tries to injure him every El Clasico..you must be on crack to take ronaldo over messi..did you not see how he split up the defenses of real madrid so that his teammates could score 5 times? what did ronaldo do? nothing

  13. Messi does in fact look better than Ronaldo now.
    But if I own a team, and I would like to buy one of these 2, I would definitely go for Ronaldo.
    WHY? Because Cristiano Ronaldo has proven to be less injury prone, and the most important thing is that he has proven that he can survive not only in the EPL, but also in LaLiga … 2 very different leagues with 2 very different styles …
    I’ve seen players do well in 1, and fail to perform in the other, but Ronaldo shines in both. That’s pure skills!

    3-power doesnt matter last season messi had 7 more goals dan ronaldo technique rules power
    4-Messi leads this season in assists=playmakin : CR7 good. Messi best
    5- he does more tricks but on the field u see who is more efficient:messi more goals+trophees

  19. I love Messi and right now he is, no doubts, the best player in the world…that being said, the whole premise that there are only 2 players that stand out is BOOOOOULLLLLSHHHHIEEEEEET!
    There is tons of players that standout and that are in the higher category of stars.
